Get the word out with the K21 knight!
Each year of The Heroic Man’s Journey has its own video, poster, brochure and more for you to use to encourage more men to come to your group.
Tip: Timeline for Promoting Your K21 Group (the earlier the better!)
- 5 weeks before the start date: hang posters about the group in the men’s rooms.
- 4 weeks before the start date : use bulletin inserts and make an announcement or play a commercial during the service.
- 3 weeks before the start date: post a sign-up sheet in a central location (try to have 5 names on the list before you hang it).
- 2 weeks before the start date: make a personal phone call to guys who haven’t signed up yet.
- 1 week before the start date: email a reminder with the date and time of your first meeting to men who have signed up.
